My academic foundation is where my work began. I obtained a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami and a Master of Arts in Social Work specializing in Crisis and Trauma Studies from Tel Aviv University. This dual background allows me to provide a unique therapeutic perspective that addresses both immediate needs and long-term healing. In addition, I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and an EMDRIA Certified Therapist.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone. I believe in a holistic, trauma-informed approach to wellness, recognizing that the mind and body are inextricably linked. Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes. The investment reflects the quality of personalized, evidence-based care you receive.
Payment is accepted via credit/debit card and HSA/FSA.
I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits — you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
How Out-of-Network Works
You pay the session fee at the time of service, and I provide a detailed superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your therapy sessions are a dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules change; however, in order to maintain a consistent and sustainable practice, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Please note that insurance companies and out-of-network benefits do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled sessions; this fee will be your direct financial responsibility.
